as an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) that specializes in the manufacturing of baby products and electric products, such like baby bottles, pacifiers, feeding utensils, teethers, toys, sterilizers, bottle warmers and more. TP’s operations have seen tremendous growth in the past decade. Our manufactured products are sold worldwide, including USA, Canada, Europe, Asia, China, Australia, Middle East and others.

Our ability to manufacture a wide variety of products is due to our willingness to continuously invest in different production processes. We are constantly monitoring market trends and customer needs to ensure we have the most efficient and effective equipment, processes, and technology in order to provide our customers with high quality and reliable products and competitive pricing.

Our current production processes include injection molding, silicone compression molding, Liquid injection molding (LIM) silicone, bottle blow molding, stretch film blow molding, tempo printing, silk screening, hand spraying, and assembly. We also have our own mold/tool shop to make our own tools.

One of our biggest strengths lies in our capability to help our customers develop the products they imagine. We have a strong product development team to work hand in hand in every step of the way from the design to production. We are very proud of our excellent quality tracking, on-time delivery and engineering capabilities. We strive to keep getting better every day.

We have our own in-house developed ERP system which is capable to monitor our production planning, inventory control and material traceability.

We believe our success lies in our speed to move towards automating production processes. Our R&D and automation team continue to develop methods and machineries to drive costs lower by improving efficiency and effectiveness.
