We have our own compression silicone shop that manufactures straws, spouts, valves, O-rings, etc. We also have our own oven rooms and 2nd vulcanization laboratory to make sure our silicone products are able to meet specified VOC standards.
Infant and feeding products require a high level of quality and hygienic requirements. Therefore,our silicone products are manufactured in an enclosed and controlled environment to make sure there are no infestation or contamination issues. The workshops have air conditioning and air filtering units to control the overall humidity and temperature.
